Renewals
You are required to renew your application annually, which is is now done online. A reminder will be displayed on your Homechoice account and you will be prompted to check that all your information is correct and up to date. We will also send a reminder letter for you to log on and renew your application. If you fail to renew within 28 days of us writing to you, we will cancel your housing application. Please check now to see if your renewal is due.
Current Processing Times
Please be aware that we are currently receiving a large volume of applications through Homechoice. We will endeavour to notify you when your application has been assessed within 4-6 weeks providing we have received any additional information requested. Please be assured that should your application be successful your registration date will be backdated to when you first applied.

Welcome to our newly upgraded Homechoice website.
We have made improvements to our layout and design and we hope that you will find this new improved website easy to navigate. However if you do encounter any problems, please refer to the help link at the top of the page, or alternatively send us a message via the contact us page.
Bidding for properties works in exactly the same way as it did under the previous website. Simply log in to your account and go to the property search page to see which properties we are advertising each week.
Other helpful information on various housing options can be found using this site, for example advice on shared ownership and mutual exchanges. You may wish to use our housing options wizard for help on what options may be available to you and your household.
